It’s like buying a new car — you can get the color you want, make sure it has all the features you’re looking for and the dealer covers certain repairs after you drive it off the lot. Buying a “used” house definitely has its perks, but you get what you get and no one is offering to repair the A/C if it goes out the week after you close.
